Release the past, find freedom

Still feeling stuck, despite going to therapy week in and week out?
You’ve been showing up. You’ve been doing the work. But even with regular therapy sessions, something still isn’t shifting. Trauma leaves deep imprints that show up in all areas of life — and no matter how hard you try, it feels like you just can’t break free.
Do you recognize yourself in any of these patterns?
-
Constant overthinking and self-doubt, replaying past mistakes and second-guessing every decision.
-
Feeling emotionally numb or disconnected, going through the motions but not really feeling joy or aliveness.
-
Perfectionism and never feeling “good enough”, holding yourself to impossible standards and criticizing every flaw.
-
Sabotaging or avoiding relationships, pulling away when people get close, struggling to fully trust others or repeatedly finding yourself in toxic relationships
-
Chronic anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm, with emotional waves that seem to come out of nowhere and hijack your day.
-
Frustration with your healing efforts, after trying mindfulness, journaling, bodywork, or daily practices without finding real relief.
If this sounds familiar, it’s not because you’re failing — it’s because some trauma needs more focused, intensive care. Trauma intensives offer a deeper, more immersive path to healing when weekly therapy alone isn’t enough.
What is a Trauma Intensive?
Trauma Intensives are a concentrated, focused approach to therapy designed to help you break through long-standing patterns and heal at a deeper level. Instead of spreading therapy out over months or years, intensives offer several hours of dedicated time over a few days — creating space for real momentum, clarity, and transformation.
In a trauma intensive, you’ll have the time and support to:
-
Go beyond surface-level coping and address the root causes of your pain.
-
Work through stuck patterns and memories in a safe, contained space.
-
Integrate body, mind, and emotional healing — not just talk, but experience.
-
Develop a personalized plan for continued growth after the intensive ends.
This is not just “more therapy” — it’s a powerful, immersive experience designed to meet you where you are and help you finally move forward.
How It Works
We make the process simple, supportive, and clear — so you can focus on what matters most: your healing.
1️⃣ 25-Minute Consultation
We start with a brief phone consultation to explore your needs and confirm whether a trauma intensive is the right fit for you.
2️⃣ Secure Intake Paperwork
You’ll complete intake forms through a private, secure patient portal. This helps me understand the fuller picture of what you’ve been going through, so we can tailor the intensive to your unique needs.
3️⃣ 1-Hour Intake/Planning Session
We meet (either in person or online) for a full intake session. This gives us time to clarify your goals and set the stage for the intensive. At the end of this session, we schedule your 4-hour therapy intensive, typically booked on a Friday morning.
4️⃣ 4-Hour Trauma Intensive
This is the heart of the work: four focused hours tailored to your unique needs, using approaches such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), somatic therapy, energy psychology, and/or hypnosis. Find out more about these approaches here. We draw on these modalities based on what resonates best with you, helping you move through stuck patterns, process unresolved trauma, and create meaningful, lasting change.
5️⃣ Post-Intensive Follow-Up
We meet for a 1-hour follow-up session to process any shifts, address remaining needs, and create a whole-person centered, supportive plan for your continued healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do trauma intensives cost?
Your investment is $1,075, which includes a total of 6 hours of personalized therapy tailored to your unique needs. This also covers any materials or resources I provide to support you after the intensive, based on what will best serve your continued healing.
Can I take a break during the 4 hour session if I need it?
Absolutely! We take breaks whenever it feels right. I encourage people to bring snacks or a meal if needed. We have a great little kitchen right next to my office. You can also step outside to get some fresh air.
Do you have payment plans?
Payment options are to pay the total amount prior to the intake meeting or pay half before the intake meeting and the remaining amount before the 4 hour intensive.
What days can I do my trauma intensive?
Trauma intensives are typically scheduled on Friday mornings. It is recommended that you take the rest of the day off to integrate the process and rest.
Can I do a trauma intensive virtually?
If you live in FL, NH or NC you may do your intensive virtually. It is recommended that you clear your schedule and create a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted.
