Do you have weekend or evening hours?

I do not have any weekend or evening appointments available. That time is reserved for self-care and family time. 

Can I meet with you if I'm not in Florida?


Do you provide a free consultation?

Currently I am able to provide Telehealth Counseling to anyone in Florida, North Carolina, or New Hampshire because I am licensed in all three states. In the future I will be able to work with anyone who lives in a state that has agreed to the Counseling Compact Agreement. I also provide coaching services to people who are not in FL, NC, or NH.

Do you accept insurance?


What are your self-pay rates?

I currently accept Cigna and Aetna insurance.

​​The initial session is an intake process that helps me to better understand you and your needs. This involves more time spent out of session creating a plan for you. These sessions are $175. Following sessions are 55 minutes long and $150. 

Do you provide Telehealth or in-person sessions?

I meet with clients remotely through a secure Telehealth platform and in-person at
