Do you have weekend or evening hours?

I do not have any weekend or evening appointments available. That time is reserved for self-care and family time. 

Can I meet with you if I'm not in Florida?


Do you provide a free consultation?

Currently I am able to provide Telehealth Counseling to anyone in Florida, North Carolina, or New Hampshire because I am licensed in all three states. In the future I will be able to work with anyone who lives in a state that has agreed to the Counseling Compact Agreement. I also provide coaching services to people who are not in FL, NC, or NH.

Do you accept insurance?


What are your self-pay rates?

I currently accept Cigna and Aetna insurance.

 

The initial session is an intake process that helps me to better understand you and your needs. This involves more time spent out of session creating a plan for you. These sessions are $175. Following sessions are 55 minutes long and $150. 

Do you provide Telehealth or in-person sessions?

I meet with clients remotely through a secure Telehealth platform and in-person at
