Nicole has many tools to draw from including: The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Trauma Resiliency Method (TRM), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Hypnosis. Nicole's work is guided by the following principles:​


Somatic approaches such as SSP, TRM, and EFT in therapy can decrease or eliminate symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and restoring the body’s natural balance. These approaches are also helpful in alleviating difficulties with the digestive and reproductive systems.​ ​


We have created our negative beliefs about ourselves (which are not true!) and have the power to change them. Retraining the brain through EFT, hypnosis, and mindfulness techniques helps us to become positive, happy, and resilient to future challenges. EFT is a powerful tool that shifts thought patterns quickly and with ease. The trauma and stress we hold in our bodies affects our physical and mental health. Our thoughts affect our physical health, especially the immune system which is influenced by stress. Using a combination of modalities, these influences are addressed and the result is greater health and happiness.
